Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Casein Protein Powder Chocolate Supreme 2LB

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein provides 24g of protein per serving from 100% micellar casein, plus 9g of naturally occurring essential amino acids (EAAs). Protein and EAAs help support muscle recovery and maintenance, while micellar casein digests more slowly than whey protein, making it a convenient protein option for nighttime and between meals. Each serving is an excellent source of magnesium and zinc, providing 85mg of magnesium and 11mg of zinc. With 0.5–1g of fat and 1–2g of sugar per serving, it can fit into a variety of daily nutrition goals. Mix one scoop (33–34g) with 8–14 fl oz of cold water, milk, or another beverage. Stir, shake, or blend until dissolved. Enjoy 30–60 minutes before bed or anytime to help increase your daily protein intake as part of a balanced diet and exercise program.
