What are the tiny black particles I notice inside?

Those are particles of naturally derived cornmint leaf powder. As a plant-based ingredient, slight variations in processing and raw material may cause them to appear as fine black specks. This is completely natural and safe to use.

How often should I use this cleanser, and is it suitable for dry skin?

This is a deep-cleansing formula that thoroughly clears pores and blackheads. We recommend using it 1–2 times a week as intensive care and just once a week for dry skin and followed by toner and cream to stay hydrated.

Why does the tube look empty at the top?
