Is this safe to use directly on skin?

The plush side is designed for direct skin contact and provides gentle cushioning. For extra-cold therapy, place a thin cloth between the nylon side and skin to prevent ice burn.

How long does it stay cold/hot?

Cold therapy: 30-45 minutes depending on size. Heat therapy: 20-30 minutes. Longer than standard gel packs due to our high-density gel formula.

Can I use this for both injuries and post-workout recovery?

Absolutely. It’s ideal for acute injuries (sprains, strains), chronic conditions (arthritis), post-surgical care, and athletic recovery. The dual-sided design adapts to any treatment need.

How do I clean it?

Wipe with damp cloth and mild soap. The durable nylon shell resists stains and odors and the added freezer zipper bag provides additional protection. Air dry completely before returning to freezer.
